Goals of Routine Foot Care

  1. Shorten and thin nails to prevent excess shoe pressure

  2. Round corners of nails

  3. Reduce and thin corns and calluses to reduce pressure that can lead to wounds and discomfort

  4. Address simple ingrown toenails

  5. Inspect shoes, socks and inserts for any issues

  6. Education

  7. Early identification of issues that may need medical attention

Notice of Care

We are Registered Nurses (Not Podiatrists) who provide nursing care within our scope of practice on intact skin, which is limited to toenails, corns, calluses, and simple ingrown toenails. We DO NOT diagnose or treat. We may make recommendations for you to see a local medical provider to include the Emergency Room or Urgent Care, if there are any issues assessed during your visit.

It is your responsibility to follow through with the recommendations for your overall health wellness and safety. We hold NO responsibility if you do not follow thorough with our recommendations.
